As we continue our commitment to strong governance and meaningful community engagement, Riverwalk Academy is officially opening nominations for our Board of Directors.
Our governing board consists of nine (9) members: four (4) appointed and five (5) elected. At this time, three (3) elected seats are up for election.
The Board plays a vital role in shaping the long-term vision of our school, ensuring strong financial stewardship, and championing the success of every student and staff member. We are seeking passionate leaders who bring diverse perspectives and expertise, particularly in areas such as:
Education and Community Leadership
Finance and Law
Business Operations and Strategic Planning
What Board Service Involves:
Attending regular board meetings and providing thoughtful oversight
Upholding the mission and vision of Riverwalk Academy
Serving as an ambassador for the school within our community
